About Us

Tom and Susan Symons are the founders of AAR Creative Solutions.  After successful careers in two very different fields, they have come together to pursue a shared mission – full time real estate investing with purpose.

Tom’s experience in contracting and historical restoration gives him a deep understanding of homes, while Susan’s career as an RN and Clinical Educator brings compassion, structure and a people-first mindset. Together they approach every opportunity with both skill and heart.

Home for them is in the DFW area where they raise a few longhorn, a horse, a miniature mule and 3 dogs….. and cherish times with their grandchildren and family from east coast to west coast. Their faith guides everything they do, and they are committed to helping homeowners find honest, thoughtful solutions – especially in difficult and challenging situations.

Evy was/is amazing. We are not the easiest people to work with as we have high expectations and ask a lot of questions throughout the process. Evy was extremely patient and responsive and had our best interests at heart throughout the entire experience. I will say I was not the easiest to work with! I/We did not have a style house we were looking for which made this journey even more difficult. Evy was there for every House I wanted to look at , over 2 years looking . The house we finally Bought when it came up I called her and asked to see The house , with in 30 minutes I was walking the house with Her and the sellers agent .
